1. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

Livingseas Foundation will not use your personal data for purposes other than Livingseas Foundation. The purpose of collecting and using your personal data is:

• To send information, newsletters, and other materials about Livingseas Foundation in electronic form
• To promote Livingseas Foundation’s fundraising activities, both via email and telephone

2. TYPES OF DATA LIVINGSEAS FOUNDATION COLLECTS
 

Livingseas Foundation collects the following types of personal data:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address

3. DATA USE 

We use information that we collect from and about you, including personally identifiable information, to provide the Services, process your donations, solicit your feedback, inform you about our products and services, personalize communications and fundraising efforts that we believe will be of interest to you, and to improve our Services to you, consistent with our mission to improve the world’s ocean and marine areas. In particular, we and our service providers may use such information for a variety of business purposes, including:

• to maintain and manage your account, deliver content and services that you request, and enhance your experience on our Services;
• to process and track your donations and product/service orders and provide the Services and content you request;
• to communicate with you about the content and Services or other products, content, or services in which you may be interested, or to respond to your inquiries or comments;
• to deliver relevant advertising;
• to send you information or material via email about Livingseas Foundation campaigns and other news we think might interest you. If you no longer wish to receive regular promotional emails from us, please see “OPTING OUT OF EMAIL” below.
• to perform business analyses or for other purposes to improve the quality of our business, the Services, and the products and services we offer; or
• in accordance with your consent.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION AND CONTENT

Livingseas Foundation maintains a social media presence on platforms including Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. These platforms may collect information about you, through advertising on our Services (e.g., “like” buttons), and through the platforms themselves (for example, when you comment on a social media post). Your participation on social media platforms is optional, and subject to those platforms’ privacy policies. We may collect information and content that you have permitted social media platforms to share with us – such as your profile picture, email address, or friends lists -– and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service.

5. INFORMATION CONTAINED IN USER CONTENT

Some parts of our Services may allow users to post or transmit messages, comments, screen names, computer files, and other materials. If you choose to make personal information public through these Services, Livingseas Foundation will consider that information public and will not limit its use or disclosure in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Donation Terms and Conditions

I hereby authorize Livingseas Foundation, domiciled in Bali (hereinafter referred to as the Proxy) with substitution rights to the Bank/Credit Card Issuer to debit the Authorizer's account/Credit Card as mentioned above for payment purposes. Donate to Livingseas Foundation on behalf of the Account/Credit Card Owner mentioned above.

STIPULATIONS

1. Application & Power of Attorney for Account/Credit Card Debit is valid from the time it is signed.
2. Cancellation/Termination of participation and authorization to debit Account/Credit Card is effective 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of notification letter from the Authorizer regarding cancellation/termination.
3. If later it appears that the amount debited does not match the amount written above, the Authorizer agrees to claim the amount directly to Livingseas Foundation.
4. The Authorizer is fully responsible for the correctness of the information provided in the Debit Application & Power of Attorney.
5. The Authorizer gives written approval to Livingseas Foundation to use the personal data contained in this form and to transfer such data to Third Parties, namely Banks and Data Security Entities for donation purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. For regular donations using BNI or BRI account, your donation will be automatically debited every month according to the account number you provided.
7. Any consequences arising in connection with this Authorization shall be the full responsibility of the Authorizer and hereby release the Bank/Credit Card Issuer from all claims of any kind and or any claims from any third party.
